waterproof make up
Though most women don’t need waterproof
make up every single day, there are many times when this is
necessary. I have always had a problem with running make up, so
I am one of the many that likes to have it on hand for special
events. Some ladies don’t have a worry, for some reason, and I
envy them. However, most of us find a need for something that
will stay in place and won’t move when finding time to fix
things is almost impossible.
There is a drawback to waterproof make up, but it is well
worth what it can do if you have the right type. Some brands
don’t live up to the hype. You should spend money when you buy
waterproof makeup if you really want it to perform well for
you. When taking it off, it can be harder to remove, especially
when it comes to mascara. However, if you can get through a
tough day without worrying about it running or make up having
to be reapplied, this is the way to go. This stuff is great
when you have important business meetings late in the day and
you want to look fresh, or when you are out for the day and you
know you won’t have time to reapply.
One time when I made sure I used waterproof make up was on
my wedding day. The last thing I wanted to worry about was if
my make up was still in place or if I had to reapply it. This
allowed me to breeze though the ceremony and the pictures
without giving it much thought, and then to attend my reception
without having to spend a half an hour fixing it, or even
having to start over. A wedding is one day when cameras are
going to be pointed at you at any given time. Waterproof make
up can take a lot of worry out of how you look when you smile
and say cheese.
Most women don’t like to talk about it, but when going out
on the town for a few drinks, waterproof make up is essential.
There are always occasions when some overindulge, and when that
happens, something else always happens. I’m not sure why, but
it does. Make up seems to disappear, or worse, migrate to parts
of the face other than where applied. It’s an awful feeling to
be talking to a gorgeous guy at the end of the night, only to
go home and have a look at your face in the mirror to see your
mascara is now doubling as lipstick.
